Fine room, easy check-in. It is quiet. You can walk to the mountain easily. Good location.

The WiFi was really bad. That is what most reviews said so I came prepared. Big road next to it which is hard to cross.

It’s weird bc the toilet in the room doesn’t have door and just got curtains! As it not enough privacy. I recommend for the hotel to put door so that it will be more comfortable and clean also…

Luckily had coway for water supply. The room was not dusty.

The kettle was rusty and the blankets were dirty. Also, the service provided by the receptionist was quite bad and she denied whenever we asked for something.

The location and cleanliness. The shopping mall and shops are within walking distance. Love the area.

No iron in the room, but I brought my own. No fridge either.

Location is good for morning walk around in the area including the chance for Taisho hill climb. There are several hawker food restaurants nearby so making the location quite convenient on food.

Mushy smell along corridor for one, the towels also does not smell fresh. Also realized the blanket is a little too thick for tropical climate.

The hotel was moderate.However, its fair for the price. Location ok near with shops, restaurants and the location seems like still in the town area.

Please improve a bit the cleanliness of the bathroom.Overall its a good short term stay

Iron provided each corner. Hairdryer. Easy parking. The guy at the reception was so friendly.

I booked the RM273 the biggest room as I see the rest of the rooms are small, because I was there to attend a wedding I need more space as I can tie my saree comfortably, but middle of the night our toilets pipe was broken and water flows and caused so much inconvenience but then the Indian staff was so nice to immediately change us a to another room but it was a small room and our money wasn’t even refunded

I just want to query booking.com. I réalise that the price is high if using booking.com. I book by téléphone same type of room is only RM108. But I use booking.com the price is RM155 with the same type of room. I asked the staf why the price is big différent. She can't explain . Can booking. com clearify on this mater. Im thingking to use other online booking for the next visit. Sorry.

Very luxurious, good location, lots of facilities to use (like coffee, free water filling station in the corridor, comfy beds and we had a clean room. Highly recommended.

There were some stains on the blankets, mattress and pillows. I honestly don't care about it, but my girlfriend does :P

Facilities- ex: tv not functioning, dim lighting, broken mirrors & the place of mirror is not suitable, aircond need to service & finally bedsheets need to do deep cleaning since after the stay all our family members flu n runny nose due to dusty. Thank you
